2.Automatic temperature control system: the start and stop of the burner is automatically controlled by the temperature of thermal oil and bitumen. The tank is equipped with bitumen temperature sensors; thermal oil pipeline is equipped with thermal oil temperature sensors; each temperature sensor corresponds to a digital (temperature) display controller, in the form of LCD digital visual display of the current measurement of temperature and set temperature, according to the production requirements of the thermal oil and asphalt temperature can be set up freely on the lower and upper limits, by the time when the asphalt or thermal oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the burner is automatically stopped, when the asphalt and thermal oil temperature drops to the set temperature, the burner is automatically started; the burner and the thermal oil temperature is automatically controlled by the bitumen temperature and the temperature of the asphalt. By when the asphalt or thermal oil temperature reaches the set temperature burner automatically stops, when the bitumen and thermal oil temperature have dropped to the set temperature burner automatically start; burner and thermal oil circulating pump is set to linkage locking function, that is, the burner must be in the circulating pump running state to start, such as normal operation of the circulating pump stops working for some reason, the burner will also be stopped; set up a manual control standby.

3.Dosing weighing system: the equipment is equipped with high-precision weighing sensors, the main part of the equipment are on the weighing sensors, which can accurately and intuitively display the weight of the currently added materials in the form of LCD numbers on the LCD screen, which is convenient to grasp the accuracy of the proportioning.

4.Stirring system: the equipment is equipped with 3 sets of high-power special stirrers, which is the latest technology of our company, the stirring shaft is horizontally mounted horizontally, the power shaft is vertically mounted vertically, and the stirring motor is mounted on the top of the tank. With frequency conversion control, it can realize soft start of the agitator and adjust the speed of the agitator. 3 sets of agitator's leaf fins are all over the middle and lower part of the tank, with large stirring radius, no stirring dead corner, strong stirring ability, no solid additives deposition, no matter it is the bottom of the tank or the material floating on the liquid surface, it can be sufficiently stirred. The agitator can be disassembled in sections, easy maintenance, smooth rotation, low failure rate.

5.Electrical control system functions: automatic and manual control of the burner, thermal oil circulating pump and burner interlock, thermal oil and bitumen temperature automatic control, frequency control of the mixer (soft start and speed control), thermal oil circulating pump start-stop control, asphalt pump start-stop control, overload protection of all motors.

6.Control room: burner, bitumen pump, thermal oil circulating pump, valves, electric control box are located in the control room, easy to control, with a rolling door, rain and theft, beautiful and clean.
