아스팔트 저장 탱크는 저희 회사가 15년간의 현장 경험을 바탕으로 개발한 신형 아스팔트 가열 및 저장 장비입니다. 고효율 열전도성 오일을 가열 매체로 사용하고 독특한 하부, 국부, 층상 가열 공정으로 아스팔트를 가열하여 양에 따라 빠른 가열 및 온난화를 실현합니다.

열원은 석탄연소, 석유연소, 가스연소 열매유 보일러이며, 가열방식은 열매유 전도가열입니다.

아스팔트 저장 탱크 작동 원리: 폐쇄 루프 액상 강제 순환을 위한 열유 파이프라인 시스템에서 열유 펌프의 작용으로 열유를 담고, 열유의 고온 열을 열 장비로 전달하고, 저온 아스팔트로 열을 전달하여 아스팔트를 따뜻하게 합니다.


Asphalt storage and heating tank is the equipment to store and heat asphalt, and available for high temperature asphalt.
Our company produces asphalt heating tank has 2 kinds of heating forms: one is the external thermal oil boiler heating asphalt storage and heating tank; a self-heating asphalt storage and heating tank. Self-heating bitumen storage tank is divided into fuel oil (gas), electric heating two ways for customers to choose.

    Optional multi-functional bitumen pump, a pump for multiple uses, can be unloaded into the tank and can be pumped out for external supply, but also internal circulation to assist in uniform heating, high, low oil design, high port asphalt temperature uniformity, low port can be emptied tank.

  • Optional powerful mixing unit for emulsified asphalt storage, SBS modified bitumen development, rubber asphalt development, mixing unit can effectively prevent the additives in the modified asphalt segregation, precipitation.
    Can be customized according to the different needs of customers with different sizes of round tanks, square tanks, square tanks can be in a limited space to obtain the maximum effective volume.
