  • Типовой резервуар оборудован электронагревательным коробом для термомасла и термомасляными змеевиками, термомасло нагревается электронагревателем, затем циркуляционный насос термомасла заставляет термомасло нагревать асфальт через термомасляные змеевики в резервуаре.
  • Запуск и остановка электронагревателя автоматически контролируются как температурой асфальта, так и температурой термического масла. Температура асфальта и термического масла поддерживается в пределах необходимого температурного диапазона, реализуя автоматическое производство.

The product tank is equipped with a thermal oil heating box connected to the multi-layer thermal oil coils distributed in the bottom of the tank, electric heaters set in the thermal oil heating box directly to the internal heating of thermal oil, and by the thermal oil pump forced circulation through the thermal oil coils to realize the asphalt heating.

With hot oil pump and electric heating pipe interlock function, hot oil pump if not started, the electric heating pipe can not start, if the equipment is running, hot oil pump circuit failure, the electric heating pipe will be forced to stop heating.
The working process of the above equipment is centrally operated by the electrical control cabinet and equipped with necessary monitoring instruments and safety control devices.
