Декантер для битумных мешков серии DKLR (без горелки)

External Thermal-Oil Heated Bag Bitumen Melter Without Built-in Burner

DLR Bag Bitumen Melting Machine Without Burner

DLR Bag Bitumen Melting Machine Without Burner is designed for melting and heating one-ton bag bitumen with an external thermal oil boiler. It is suitable for road construction projects, asphalt processing sites, and bitumen storage systems where bag-packed bitumen must be converted into pumpable liquid bitumen before storage or plant feeding.

The equipment uses a cuboid melting tank, electric hoist, feeding ports, buffer device, thermal oil coils, bitumen pump, bitumen filter, and electric control system. Because this configuration does not include a built-in burner, the system should be matched with an external thermal oil boiler or an existing thermal oil heating source at the project site.

    • For One-Ton Bag Bitumen

Designed for 1 x 1 x 1 m bag bitumen packages, helping contractors handle solid bag bitumen before storage tank or asphalt plant supply.

    • External Thermal Oil Heating

The equipment has no built-in burner and should be heated by an external thermal oil boiler, making it suitable for sites with an existing heat source.

    • 8-10 t/h Production Rate

The DLR configuration supports an 8-10 t/h production rate under suitable ambient conditions, helping maintain continuous liquid bitumen supply.

    Step 1

    Lift one-ton bag bitumen

The electric hoist lifts the one-ton bag bitumen and moves it to the top feeding port. The hoist configuration includes a 3 kW electric hoist and a 0.4 kW walking motor.

    Step 2

Feed bitumen blocks into the melting tank

Operators cut the bag bottom and drop the bitumen blocks into the cuboid heating tank through the feeding ports. The buffer device helps support safer and more practical site operation during material feeding.

    Step 3

    Heat with external thermal oil

Thermal oil coils inside the tank transfer heat from the external thermal oil boiler. The required hot oil working temperature is above 200 degrees C until bitumen becomes pumpable.

    Step 4

    Pump melted bitumen to storage

After melting, bitumen is filtered and pumped to a bitumen storage tank or downstream plant feeding system. The bitumen pumping temperature should be above 110 ℃.

    • Cuboid Melting Tank

Stores and heats bag bitumen inside the main vessel. The inner wall uses 5 mm Q235B carbon steel plate with channel steel reinforcement.

    • Electric Hoist

Used to lift one-ton bag bitumen to the feeding position. The hoist lifting capacity is 2 tons.

    • Feeding Ports and Buffer Device

Designed for loading bag bitumen blocks into the heating tank and supporting practical site operation during material feeding.

    • Thermal Oil Coils

Transfers heat from the external thermal oil boiler to the bitumen. Lower coils use 57 x 3.5 mm GB/T8163 seamless steel pipe.

    • Bitumen Pump and Filter

The 3QGB 80x2-46 three screw pump transfers melted bitumen, while the filter helps remove impurities before discharge.

    • Electric Control System

Controls motor operation and supports convenient project-site operation for heating, pumping, and discharge processes.
