Description

This heating and melting equipment are specifically designed for melting bitumen-like corrosive solid materials into liquid form. This corrosive material melter can be applied to melt various hazardous waste materials and chemical materials that carry corrosive effects, such as DMF rectification residues.

The melting equipment uses other boilers as a heat source, through heating thermal oil or steam, corrosive material packed in drums can be quickly melted.

All parts of melting equipment in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, so this melting equipment is suitable for heating and melting corrosive materials.
The design of an arc-shaped top helps to collect volatile gases, ensuring environmental protection.
Other auxiliary units like pumps, filters, and pipe valves are also made of stainless steel, offering better anti-corrosive performance.
