    • Automatic Spring Door Sealed Box Structure: The heart of our equipment features an automatic spring door sealed box structure. This ingenious design ensures secure containment while allowing for efficient access. When it comes to loading, the drum is effortlessly raised via electrical hoisting.
    • Hydraulic Propulsion: A hydraulic propeller is employed to push the drum plate into the melter. The heating source is none other than hot thermal oil, sourced from an external boiler, ensuring optimal heating performance.
    • Comprehensive Components: The equipment is composed of various essential components, including the melting tank, lifting system, tipping devices, asphalt drum plate, dripping asphalt collection system, hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, bitumen pump, pipe system, and an electric control system.
    • Efficient Lifting System: Our cantilever-style lifting system is designed for precision and efficiency. It raises the drum using a hoist, moves it horizontally, and positions it on the tipping device with the opening facing upward. Upon turnover, the drum descends into the drum plate with the opening facing downward. Subsequently, the hydraulic pusher advances the drum into the dumping room, while simultaneously expelling an empty drum through the outlet. This equipment operates seamlessly, offering continuous drum asphalt removal according to a specified frequency.
    • Dual Chamber Melting Tank: The melting tank is cleverly divided into two chambers. The upper chamber serves as the asphalt dumping chamber and is equipped with a heating coil. This coil efficiently exchanges heat with the drum through radiation, effectively melting the bitumen. Meanwhile, the lower chamber features a bottom heating coil, continuing to heat the bitumen until it reaches the desired pump temperature. Once the bitumen achieves the operational temperature and is free from moisture, it can be smoothly pumped into the storage tank. Our bitumen tube system is equipped with a filter device for the automatic removal of slag, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
