Декантер для битумных мешков серии DKLR (без горелки)

External Thermal-Oil Heated Bag Bitumen Melter Without Built-in Burner

DLR: Melt One-Ton Bag Bitumen at 8–10 t/h With Your Existing Boiler

DLR converts 1 × 1 × 1 m bag-packed bitumen into pumpable liquid bitumen at 8–10 t/h, using hot thermal oil from your external boiler. Hoisting, feeding, melting, filtering and pumping are integrated on one 11.9 m unit with a ≥32 m³ heated storage section — the economical choice for projects supplied with bag bitumen that already run a hot oil system.

    • Built for One-Ton Bags

The 2-ton electric hoist, top feeding ports and buffer device are sized specifically for 1 × 1 × 1 m bag bitumen — no improvised lifting rigs, no manual block-breaking.

    • Lower Cost, No Burner

Heating comes from your external thermal oil boiler, so you skip the built-in heating system — and the machine runs on ≤11 kW total power.

    • Melt + Store in One Unit

The ≥32 m³ heated tank holds melted bitumen at temperature, buffering supply between melting batches and downstream pumping — in many setups it replaces a separate small storage tank.

Which Feiteng Bag Bitumen Melter Fits Your Site?

Choose DLR when your site already has a thermal oil boiler and you want the most economical bag melter. Need self-contained heating? The YDLR Series brings its own diesel burner and thermal oil system. Melting drum-packed bitumen instead? Compare the DLT, ZDLT and self-heating YDST drum decanters.

Send us your bitumen package type, capacity and heating condition — our engineers will recommend the right configuration within 24 hours.

    Step 1 — Bag Lifting

Lift one-ton bags with the built-in hoist

The 3 kW electric hoist (2-ton capacity) with its 0.4 kW walking motor lifts each bag and travels it to the top feeding port — no crane or forklift tied up at the melter. One operator handles the whole lifting cycle from the pendant control.

    Step 2 — Feeding

Drop bitumen blocks through the feeding ports

Operators cut the bag bottom and the bitumen block drops through the feeding port onto the buffer device, which absorbs the impact and guides the block into the tank. The buffer is what makes feeding safe and repeatable — no splashing, no shock loads on the tank structure.

Step 3 — Thermal Oil Melting

Melt with external thermal oil above 200 °C

Seamless-steel thermal oil coils (57 × 3.5 mm) transfer heat from your boiler through the tank, while 100 mm rock wool insulation and the corrugated steel outer wall keep that heat inside. Indirect oil heating melts the blocks evenly without scorching the binder at the coil surface.

Step 4 — Filtering and Pumping

Filter and pump to your storage tank

Once bitumen passes 110 °C pumping temperature, the 3QGB 80×2-46 three-screw pump moves 24 m³/h on 7.5 kW through the in-line filter, which traps bag debris and impurities. Clean liquid bitumen arrives at your storage tank or plant — and your downstream valves stay clear.

    • Cuboid Melting Tank

5 mm Q235B carbon steel inner wall with channel-steel reinforcement — ≥32 m³ melting and storage capacity.

    • Electric Hoist (2 t)

3 kW hoist with 0.4 kW walking motor lifts one-ton bags to the feeding position.

    • Feeding Ports + Buffer Device

Guide bitumen blocks safely into the tank, protecting the structure and the operators during feeding.

    • Thermal Oil Coils

57 × 3.5 mm GB/T8163 seamless steel pipe transfers boiler heat evenly through the bitumen.

    • Three-Screw Pump + Filter

      3QGB 80×2-46 pump (24 m³/h, 7.5 kW) with in-line filtering for clean bitumen transfer.

    • Insulation + Control System

100 mm rock wool insulation keeps heat in; the electric control system runs hoist, heating and pumping — ≤11 kW total.

DLR has no internal heat source — pair it with an external thermal oil boiler. Final voltage and configuration are confirmed with your quotation.

    • Bag Bitumen Regions

In markets where bitumen arrives in one-ton bags rather than drums or bulk, DLR turns bag stock into plant-ready liquid supply.

    • Sites With a Hot Oil System

Where a thermal oil boiler already serves tanks and pipelines, DLR plugs into the same heat source — one boiler, whole system.

    • Storage and Plant Feeding

Feed asphalt mixing plants or storage tanks with filtered liquid bitumen, using the built-in ≥32 m³ tank as a supply buffer.

    • Thermal Oil Boiler

Required external heat source for the no-burner DLR configuration. Feiteng supplies matched boilers.

    DLR FAQ

What is the DLR bag bitumen melting machine used for?

Melting and heating one-ton bag bitumen, then pumping filtered liquid bitumen to storage tanks, asphalt plants or downstream equipment.

Does this equipment include a burner?

No. DLR is heated by external thermal oil — that is why it costs less than self-heating models. If you need built-in heating, see the YDLR Series.

What bag size does it handle?

Standard 1 × 1 × 1 m one-ton bags. Tell us your actual bag package for the final feeding design.

    What is the production rate?

8–10 t/h when ambient temperature is above 25 °C — actual output depends on bitumen grade, thermal oil temperature and site operation.

    What are the payment terms?

Usually T/T: 30% down payment, balance before delivery. L/C is also accepted. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.

How long is the delivery time?

About 20 days of production time after the down payment is received.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

One-year quality warranty after delivery, with online support included. We can also dispatch engineers for installation, commissioning and operator training.

What should be confirmed before quotation?

Capacity, bag size, external boiler capacity, power supply, site layout, downstream storage, destination port and control options.
