Loading Process

Load bag bitumen through four top feeding ports

The equipment top is equipped with an electric hoist. Bag-packed bitumen is moved to the feeding port, the bag bottom is cut, and the bitumen block drops into the heating chamber. Four feeding ports with movable lids support insulation and rain protection.

Heating System

Melt bitumen with thermal oil coils and high-temperature flue

The built-in combustion chamber heats the thermal oil jacket, while hot thermal oil circulates through heating coils. At the same time, high-temperature exhaust gas passes through multi-row flues to heat the bitumen.

Output and Transfer

Filter and pump liquid bitumen to storage tank

Melted bitumen is pumped out by the bitumen pump and can be transferred to a bitumen storage tank for storage or further heating. The pump suction side is equipped with a bitumen filter to remove impurities.
