YDL-40F Diesel Burner Double Heating Square Bitumen Tank is a 42m³ self-heating square bitumen storage tank designed for base bitumen storage, asphalt mixing plant supply, bitumen unloading, internal circulation, external bitumen supply, and pipeline heat tracing.
This model combines diesel direct heating and thermal oil indirect heating in one integrated tank system. The Baltur TBL 60P diesel burner, built-in combustion chamber, multirow flue tubes, thermal oil coils, insulated bitumen pump, thermal oil circulation pump, automatic temperature control system, float level gauge, and unloading trough work together to keep bitumen heated, circulated, and ready for downstream use.
